This list is NOT all inclusive, so please contact your insurance company to check on the provider's status. Our providers are NOT on the same insurance panels.
Rates
Individual sessions
$185 for initial first appointment
$170 for 60 min session
$145 for 45 min session
Family sessions
$160 for 45 min
We welcome clients who prefer to pay upfront rather than going through an insurance company. We are always glad to provide receipts for payment of services.
Self pay options are available:
$125 Individuals
$150 Couples
*There will be additional fees for court testimony, school meetings, etc.
* We require 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment and reserve the right to charge a $50 fee for a missed appointment without the notification.
Payment
We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, as well as HSA cards.
Location
945 River Rd in Granville, Ohio. Our offices are located on the lower level walkout of the house. Please drive down for parking and access to our offices.
